Please be aware: 

In order to start or stop water service, all documentation will need to be provided before 2:30 pm Monday thru Thursday, or 9:00 am  on Friday's to start/stop service the same day.  Anything received after those times will be completed the next business day.

Commercial Water Service

We require the following documents:

                                                                                * Tax Identification Card
                                                                                * Valid Texas Driver's License

                                                                               * Copy of lease/rental agreement or proof of                                                                                                                                         ownership


Please contact Republic directly at 817-332-7301 for commercial refuse service.

Residential Water Application

We require the following documents:
                                                                                 *Government issued picture ID
Social Security Card
                                                                                 * Copy of lease/rental agreement or proof of                                                                                                                                        ownership

    **If you would like to add a donation to your water payment for the Animal Shelter, Library, or Parks please fill out the  donation sheet and email to or put in the drop box.                                                                            

For electronic submissions:

A Utility Billing staff member will contact you to let you know the application was received and the account is established.  The deposit fee must be paid for the account to be active.  Deposit can be paid by credit card when you are contacted by the Utility Billing staff member.


To final your service:

Please email   State your property address, the date you would like to  final your account and your forwarding address to send the final bill.  We will reply back to you so that you know we received your request.
