The City of Richland Hills is asking our residents to participate in a citizen survey. The citizen survey is used to gain residents’ perspectives on local issues such as quality of life, development/growth, services provided by the City and future priorities by asking you to:
- Prioritize City services and benefits you care about most.
- Rate current services and benefits provided by the City.
The survey may be taken in English or Spanish and is mobile-friendly. Results from the citizen survey will be used over the next several years to refine the City’s comprehensive master plan, evaluate future projects and shape the City’s annual budget. The survey will be open until February 20, 2023.
Results from the citizen survey will be shared on this page when available.
If you or someone you know needs help taking the survey, please contact the Richland Hills Public Library at 817-616-3760. The Library has Wi-Fi and computers available, and Library staff are able to help residents access the survey if needed.
