City of Richland Hills facilities will be closed on the following dates for the Winter holidays:
- Friday, December 23: City Hall, Public Works, Code Compliance, Animal Services and the Library.
- Saturday, December 24: The Link and Animal Services
- Sunday, December 25: The Link
- Monday, December 26: City Hall, Public Works, Code Compliance, Animal Services and the Library.
- Saturday, December 31: Animal Services
- Monday, January 2: City Hall, Public Works, Code Compliance, Animal Services and the Library.
In addition to the above dates, The Link will close early on December 23 at 6 pm.
Garbage and recycling pickup is not affected by the holidays.
