The City of Richland Hills Development Corporation was created as authorized by the Development Act of 1979, Section 4B, to act on the City's behalf in the promotion and financing of projects for infrastructure improvements, parks and park facilities, and economic development within the City of Richland Hills.

Richland Hills Development Corporation Citizen Member Director appointments are made in September, and as needed throughout the year to fulfill vacancies. To apply for a Board and Commission position within the City of Richland Hills, please complete an Board & Commission Application (PDF) and return it to the City Secretary by mail c/o City Secretary, 3200 Diana Drive, Richland Hills, Texas 76118, or via email.
