Planning & Zoning Commission appointments are made in September, and as needed throughout the year to fulfill vacancies. To apply for a Board and Commission position within the City of Richland Hills, please complete an Board & Commission Application (PDF) and return it to the City Secretary by mail c/o City Secretary, 3200 Diana Drive, Richland Hills, Texas 76118 or via email.
