Comprehensive Annual Financial Reports
Below are the links to the last 6 years of the City's Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR). These documents are quite lengthy and may require you to save them to a file rather than allowing the browser to open them.
The CAFR is a report of the City's performance from a financial perspective and includes summarized data for assets, liabilities, revenues, expenditures and fund balance (or equity) by fund. In addition, there are comparisons to budget, debt analysis, capital asset listings, a brief synopsis of Financial Policy and a basic definition of government accounting.
Included with the CAFR is a letter from the Finance Director outlining various factors that may have effected the financial outcomes as well as the Independent Auditor's Report that expresses the auditing firm's opinion of the financial statements as a whole.

ONLINE CITY CHECK REGISTER
Welcome to the City of Richland Hill's online check register, where you can view a listing of checks issued in payment of goods and services. The registers posted exclude checks which are not related to a direct City expense or those that contain protected privacy information.
For specific information regarding a check, please submit an open records request with the City Secretary's office. If you want a copy of the check and/or the detail, copy cost (.10/page) and labor cost ($15/hr) may be incurred. You will be notified by e-mail as soon as possible of cost estimates and final costs if they apply.
