The City Secretary's Office processes and issues Solicitor's Permits. Any person desiring to conduct solicitation activities within the City of Richland Hills shall complete a written application and submit to the City Secretary. The permit shall be valid for one(1) year following the date of its issuance. A person commits an offense if the person engages in solicitation activities in the City without a valid permit.
