The following individuals MUST APPEAR IN OPEN COURT
Individuals charged with Speeding; 25 MPH over the posted speed or 15 MPH over the posted speed in a school zone
Defendants under age of 17
Individuals charged with any moving violation in a construction zone with workers present.
Leaving the scene of an accident
Fleeing from police (evading arrest)
Failure to stop for school bus
Improper registration or dealer tag violations
Defendants receiving two or more MOVING violations at one time who want to request Deferred.
Defendants requesting extension of time to pay or reductions of payment plan amounts on cases already pled to.
Defendants who claim indigence
Juvenile Defendants (16 or under) MUST appear with parent or guardian
Minors with Alcohol (18 or under MUST appear with parent or guardian)
Minors with tobacco (17 or under MUST appear with parent or guardian)
