The City Secretary is appointed by the City Council and keeps all public records of the City including ordinances, resolutions, and City Council minutes. The City Secretary also serves as the City election administrator.
The City Secretary records minutes for the City Council, which meets in regular session the first and third Tuesdays of each month at 7 p.m. The meetings are held at City Hall in the Council Chambers located at 3200 Diana Drive. The agenda for the City Council Meetings is usually available in the City Secretary's office on the Friday before each regular meeting. Regular meetings are aired live on cable channel 27.
