Tammy,

At the City Council meeting last night, the Councilmembers approved a change in our monthly meeting dates. 

We will be meeting on the first and third Tuesdays starting February 7, 2012. 

We scheduled the student awards for Feb. 14, but because of the change in dates, we will have to move the student presentations to either Feb. 7^th or Feb. 21^st.    

I’m sorry to have to notify you of this change.  Please let me know at your earliest if this will work for the school.
