Subject: TCEQ Revised Pretreatment Ord. Changes
Attached, are rule changes required by TCEQ to the existing Pretreatment Ordinance and an explanation of these changes. Richland Hills has only one industrial user, Accurate Metals, that has to follow pretreatment requirements. None of the changes included in the attachment effects Accurate Metals. Every few years TCEQ has rule changes that are specific to certain businesses but not to others. The Fort Worth Water Department has requested these changes be approved by January 15, 2012. Therefore please place this item on the council’s agenda for December 13, 2011 for approval. Please contact me if you have any questions.
