Subject: Atmos Mid-Tex RRM-4

 

Attached please find an Ordinance setting new rates for Atmos Mid-Tex based on a settlement of the pending 4th Annual RRM filing.  The Ordinance grants a $6.6 million rate increase associated with incremental direct costs of the steel service line replacement program.  All other portions of the $15.7 million request were rejected by the ACSC Settlement Committee.  Also, please find tariffs that should be attached to the Ordinance when it is passed.  I have included a model staff report which you may modify to suit your needs.  The Ordinance and staff report are in Word.  The tariffs are in a pdf format.

 

Note that the effective date is September 1, 2011.  Please let me know if it is not possible to take final action before September 1, 2011.
