take action on a request for a special use permit to operate an indoor auto
sales dealership. The subject site, zoned General Commercial District (C
– 2), is located at 6611 Baker Blvd.

04-10 3828 Ruth Road – Receive abatement update, discuss status, and direct
staff to proceed with abatement in accordance with the approved abatement
order.
