Attached, is the architect’s explanation of the questions asked by council concerning the installation of the EIFS at the April 12, 2011 council meeting. Please place on the council’s April 26, 2011 agenda to discuss and approve the plans and specifications for the library renovation to include an additional design cost of $3,500.00 for gutter installation. The gutter installation will to be included in the bid documents as an alternate bid item. Please contact me if there are any questions.
