The attached memo from Halff & Associates gives a good explanation of the current estimated cost of the Baker Blvd. Detention Pond ($547,000.00) vs. the estimated cost in the Preliminary Design Analysis in the 2009 BFC 5 CIP Report ($457,00.00). Please include this explanation with the plans and specifications for the Baker Blvd. Construction Plans to be considered by the city council on April 12, 2011.
